2. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing Braidsbook, whether via the mobile application or the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these GTU. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our platform.

3. Purpose of the Platform

Braidsbook is a platform that facilitates the connection between clients seeking hairdressing services and independent hairdressers. The platform acts solely as an intermediary.

4. Registration and User Account

• Registration is mandatory to access Braidsbook's services.
• You must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when registering.
• Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and any activity conducted on their account.
• Braidsbook reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of non-compliance with these GTU.

5. User Commitments

• Clients :
  • Commit to providing accurate information about their needs.
  • Respect appointments made or cancel them within a reasonable time.
  • Refrain from any inappropriate, abusive, or discriminatory behavior towards hairdressers.
• Hairdressers :
  • Commit to providing professional services in accordance with the descriptions displayed on their profile.
  • Respect the appointment times set with clients.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful behavior towards clients.

6. Pricing and Payment

Hairdressers set their prices freely, which must be clearly indicated before any reservation.
