Account Deletion Request
In accordance with GDPR and store rules, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data from Braidsbook.
This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, all of your data will be permanently removed from our servers. This includes:
- User profile and personal information (First Name, Last Name, Phone)
- Booking and appointment history
- Photo gallery and portfolios (for hairdressers)
- Saved services and rates
- Internal messages and communications
Retained data
Some billing data and transactions may be retained for a limited period to comply with our legal and tax obligations.
Processing time
Your request will be processed manually by our team within a maximum of 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the operation is complete.
